Where is Momo’s Paradise located? +

Momo’s Paradise is located in the heart of Sea Isle City, NJ, just a block and a half from the beach and within walking distance of over a dozen restaurants, bars, shops, and stores.

How many people does the home accommodate? +

Momo’s Paradise comfortably sleeps 10 people, making it perfect for multi-generational families or groups looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

Is the home family-friendly? +

Absolutely! The house is designed for families, with plenty of space for kids and adults to enjoy. We also provide kid-friendly amenities such as a high chair, pack-n-play, and games.

What is the check-in and check-out time? +

Check-in is at 1:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM to allow time for cleaning between guests.

Do you provide linens and towels? +

Guests must bring their own sheets and towels, or you can rent them from a local linen service. Pillows and blankets are provided.

Are beach tags required? +

Yes, Sea Isle City requires beach tags for everyone aged 12 and up. We provide 6 complimentary beach tags for guests, but additional tags can be purchased at the beach entrance.

Is there parking available? +

Yes, we provide driveway parking for 4 vehicles. Additional street parking is available nearby.

What amenities does Momo’s Paradise offer? +

Our home is fully stocked with everything you need, including:
✅ Fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, and double-sided refrigerator
✅ 65-inch TV with surround sound for family movie nights
✅ WiFi & streaming services so you can stay connected
✅ Outdoor balcony with seating for relaxing in the ocean breeze
✅ Jacuzzi tub in the primary suite for ultimate relaxation
✅ Beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, and a cart) for your convenience

Is smoking allowed? +

No, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Guests may smoke outside but must properly dispose of cigarette butts.

Are pets allowed? +

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets to keep the home allergen-free for all guests.

Can we host parties or events? +

Momo’s Paradise is meant for relaxing family vacations, so parties, loud gatherings, and excessive noise are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
